Overview
Partnered with festival founders to shape programming, operations, and sponsorship strategy for a young regional literary festival during its second and third annual events.
Challenge
With a small team managing nearly 90 authors, the festival needed a more efficient way to organize information and communicate clearly with participants. At the same time, leadership recognized the need to develop sustainable revenue streams to support future growth beyond volunteer capacity.

Launched an Author Marketing Services unit and signed the first author client, piloting a model for new earned revenue.
Assisted with marketing materials, author relations, and event hosting, representing the festival with warmth and professionalism.
