Much of my work lives at the intersection of story, structure, and strategy, shaping language that helps people understand an idea, connect to a mission, or see themselves reflected in it.

At Vein Magazine, a medical trade publication in the vascular space, I served as Editor-in-Chief, contributing both editorial direction and original writing. My work included industry spotlights and in-depth physician interviews published in print, pieces that drew on equal parts curiosity and fluency across audiences, translating highly technical medical insights into stories that resonated with clinicians, industry leaders, and patients alike.

For Mil-Tree, a nonprofit connecting veterans and civilians through the arts, I wrote and structured the website for Tapestry of Transformation, a large-scale community performance that evolved into a national model. I interviewed participants, captured their voices, and built a framework that turned a one-night event into a lasting digital resource — part documentation, part toolkit for other organizations looking to replicate the program.

That same impulse — to preserve and share stories with purpose — drives Finding Philomena, my ongoing narrative project tracing my family’s roots through essays, archival research, and podcast scripting. It’s a blend of family history and cultural storytelling, exploring identity, migration, and the echoes of women’s lives across generations.

I also work behind the scenes as a ghostwriter and content strategist, helping leaders and organizations express their voice with clarity and warmth. For one client, I manage an employee newsletter and author executive letters, and internal culture pieces, writing that builds connection from the inside out.

Across each project, my goal remains the same: to write with precision and empathy, to find the structure that gives meaning shape, and to use story as a bridge between people, ideas, and possibility.
