Digital Toolkit and Website
Turning a creative performance into a lasting digital resource for nonprofits nationwide.
For Mil-Tree, a nonprofit connecting veterans and civilians through the arts, I led the strategy and execution of a new website documenting Tapestry of Transformation, a large-scale community performance. I interviewed stakeholders, shaped the content strategy, and partnered with a designer to build a clear, replicable framework on WordPress/Elementor. The site not only showcased the event but also provided a comprehensive playbook other nonprofits can follow, balancing strategic clarity with hands-on execution.

This was a content-rich website that described a multi-faceted arts program funded by California Arts Council.

One of the primary goals was to create a toolkit, so non-profits nationwide could duplicate the nine month program.

We offered guidance on how to use the toolkit.

Details were gathered though invitations with stakeholders and creative leaders and turned into a comprehensive guide.
